Gail Ncube

Gail Ncube is a 26-year-old Zimbabwean qualified Foundation Phase educator currently based in South Africa. Her journey into education has been shaped by resilience, faith and determination. She became a catechist at the age of 14, where she taught and guided younger children, developing an early passion for teaching, leadership and service. After overcoming financial challenges that delayed her university education, Gail secured bursaries and personal sponsorships that enabled her to complete her teaching qualification. She has since worked as a teacher and is pursuing an international teaching opportunity in Japan, where she hopes to gain global experience, learn new educational approaches and continue inspiring young people. She is passionate about education, service and using her journey to encourage others to believe that perseverance, faith and hard work can open doors that once seemed impossible
